41-year-old Rico Conception Aery was charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle after a fatal motorcycle crash involving a Cadillac and a Harley-Davidson in northwest Charlotte. Kendrick Andre Neely, 50, was killed in the accident after Aery's Cadillac turned in front of his motorcycle. Aery also received citations for driving while license revoked and failure to yield right-of-way.
