20-year-old Dieudonne Ushindi was arrested for a hit-and-run crash in Glendale, involving six cars, resulting in the death of two 18-year-olds, Tyler Hugon and Tess Collins, and a third unidentified victim. Ushindi allegedly rear-ended another vehicle, causing a chain reaction crash, and fled the scene before being found at home. He now faces charges for endangerment and leaving the scene of a crash involving death.
