24-year-old Donald Boik was arrested after a deadly hit-and-run crash in North Las Vegas. The woman killed, believed to be in her 30s, was found lying in the roadway with apparent vehicle impact. Boik was charged with failing to stop at an accident scene involving death and failure to render aid at an accident scene. The crash occurred on North 5th Street near Brooks Avenue. Speed is believed to be a factor in the incident.
