Mumbai court issues bailable warrant for BJP MP Sadhvi Pragya Thakur in 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case.

A special NIA court in Mumbai has issued a bailable warrant for BJP MP Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, who is a prime accused in the 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case. The warrant was issued as Thakur did not appear in court despite directions to do so. The blast, which killed six people and injured 101 others, occurred on September 29, 2008, near a mosque in Malegaon, Nashik district, around 200 kilometers from Mumbai. Thakur has been absent from multiple court dates since she became a Member of Parliament.
