2019 Gadchiroli blast linked suspect Kailash Ramchandani denied bail by Bombay High Court.
The Bombay High Court has denied bail to Kailash Ramchandani, linked to the 2019 Gadchiroli blast that killed 16 people, including 15 security personnel. The court stated that Ramchandani had knowingly facilitated the terrorist act and that mere delay in the trial of grave offenses cannot be a ground for bail. The court also found no parity with co-accused Satyanarayana Rani, who was granted bail in July 2022.
