The Agriculture Labor Working Group released a final report with over 20 recommendations, including streamlining the recruiting and hiring of H-2A employees, expanding the program for year-round needs, and reforming wage calculation standards to provide stability in farmworker pay rates. The recommendations do not address all labor challenges, but they offer needed solutions for the farming industry.
