42 Graybar union workers in St. Louis are on their 13th day of strike, seeking better pay and inclusion in the company's profit-sharing program. Teamsters Local 688 members claim they make $5 less per hour than industry standard and have been excluded from employee stock option program. Senator Josh Hawley visited the strikers, expressing support and urging them to demand fair wages and profit-sharing. The union is set to meet with Graybar and a federal mediator.
