In Bikita, Masvingo province, AGRIPPA Sithole, a major maize farmer, experienced an entire crop failure due to the use of fake seed. With erratic rains, the fake seeds did not germinate, leaving his fields barren. This issue has thrown the farming community and market into a quandary.
