Zimbabwe's Cotton Company of Zimbabwe (Cottco) and Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) partner to secure cotton produced from Presidential Input Scheme inputs. Farmers must deliver produce to Cottco, official off-taker, with immediate payments for seed cotton delivered to common buying points. ZRP will enforce law against side-marketing seed cotton, also targeting buyers influencing such activities.
