Three residents of Red Lake Indian Reservation in Minnesota have been found guilty by a federal jury on charges of felony child neglect and child endangerment. The trio, Robin John Roy (55), Nicole Robyn Roy (29), and Harrison Edwin Dudley Sr. (36), were accused of willfully neglecting their duties to provide food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, and supervision to children, causing substantial harm to their mental, physical, and emotional health. Nicole Roy and Dudley were also convicted of child endangerment. The sentencing hearing for the three individuals has not yet been scheduled.
