Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario seeks to suspend Kelsey's Original Roadhouse's liquor license in Huntsville following allegations of overserving a customer involved in a fatal car crash.

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) has sought to suspend the liquor licence of a Kelsey's Original Roadhouse restaurant in Huntsville, Ontario, following allegations that the establishment overserved a customer who was involved in a fatal car crash shortly after. The customer allegedly consumed 18 shots of alcohol over a period of three-and-a-half hours while exhibiting signs of intoxication. The AGCO claims the restaurant failed in its duty to serve alcohol responsibly and has issued a 60-day suspension notice. Kelsey's parent company, Recipe Unlimited, has been contacted for comment.
