A two-year-old girl was taken to CHEO hospital after being found with a needle in her mouth at a playground in the Civic Hospital neighbourhood. The incident occurred on Saturday, and the child was found to be in stable condition. The girl's mother had previously reported finding drug paraphernalia at the same park.
