27-year-old Vancouver mother, Summer Justice Ward, was arrested after her 3-year-old child overdosed on methamphetamine. The grandmother administered Narcan before police arrived. Ward refused medical access, had meth on her, and was charged with endangerment, criminal mistreatment, resisting arrest, obstructing law enforcement, and possession of meth. Both children were placed in protective custody.
