"Harry", a 500-lb polar bear taxidermy, was stolen from a resort near Edmonton, Alberta; RCMP investigating.
A 500-pound taxidermy polar bear, known as "Harry," was stolen from the Lionsheart Wellness Center at the Lily Lake Resort near Edmonton, Alberta. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police are investigating the theft. The bear was first reported missing in early January, during a period of extreme cold with temperatures as low as -30C (-22F). The resort operators believe that the bear was specifically targeted for the heist, as it runs round-the-clock security.
