Cuba's government delays 500% fuel price surge due to cybersecurity incident.

Cuba has postponed a planned 500% surge in fuel prices, originally scheduled for February 1st, 2024, following a "cybersecurity incident" which has been determined to be a virus from a foreign source. The Cuban government's decision follows the nation experiencing its worst economic crisis since the collapse of its primary economic supporter, the Soviet Union. Economy ministry official, Mildrey Granadillo, did not specify a new date for the fuel price increase.
