A study suggests cold water swimming may benefit menopause symptoms.

A study by University College London found that regular cold water swimming can help alleviate physical and mental symptoms of menopause, including hot flushes, anxiety, and mood swings. The study involved 1,114 women aged 16-80, with most experiencing symptoms between 45-59. Results showed that 46.9% of the women found cold water swimming helpful in their anxiety and 34.5% reported lessened mood swings.
