The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the fall of an iPhone.
An iPhone reportedly survived a 16,000-foot fall from an Alaska Airlines flight. The flight made an emergency landing in Portland after a cabin panel ripped off in mid-air. The iPhone, found by a Portland resident, was still in airplane mode with half a battery, and had baggage claim information for the flight. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the incident.
