Valley Academy relocates to expand to 10th grade, utilizing former Columbia Elementary site.
The Wenatchee School District plans to move Valley Academy, a K-8 parent-partnership school, to the former Columbia Elementary site this summer to meet growing demand for alternative education. The relocation will offer expanded facilities, including science labs and a library, and allow the academy to add 9th and 10th grades. The current Valley Academy building may be sold to fund district maintenance.
