China responds to two earthquakes in Yinchuan with a high-level disaster response.

China has activated a level-four disaster response after two earthquakes struck Yinchuan, the capital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The first quake measured 4.8 magnitude and hit Yongning County at 10:01 a.m. local time, followed by a 4.6 magnitude quake in Jinfeng District at 4:43 p.m. The Ministry of Emergency Management has sent a team to assist in relief operations.
