Ballarat, Australia, will receive $21.5 million to build two new kindergarten hubs and expand three existing centers, creating over 600 new places. The funding supports the state's Free Kinder program, aiming to offer 15 hours of three-year-old kindergarten by 2029 and up to 30 hours of four-year-old kindergarten by 2036. Delacombe Community Kindergarten will also get a $2 million boost for expansion.
