Bangladesh repatriates 105 nationals from Lebanon amid violence, offering aid to returnees.

On December 5, 105 Bangladeshi nationals returned home from Lebanon on an Emirates flight, bringing the total repatriated to 963. The Bangladesh government and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) covered all costs and provided returnees with financial aid, food, and medical care. The government is committed to helping all Bangladeshis leave Lebanon due to ongoing violence, where one expatriate was killed in a recent bombing. The embassy continues to ensure safety for those staying.
