Father Rhys Jenkins died in a car crash near Welshpool, with his son injured; two men are charged.

Rhys Jenkins, a 41-year-old father from Glynneath, died in a car crash on November 16 on the A483 near Welshpool, leaving his nine-year-old son seriously injured. Two men, Abubakr Ben Yusaf, 29, and his brother Umar Ben Yusaf, 33, have been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and other offenses. Both are in custody until their court hearing on December 20. Police are seeking information, including dashcam footage, to aid the investigation.
