A fatal crash on Bank Holiday Monday in Ward End, Birmingham, left one man dead and eight others injured, including three children. Two cars collided at the junction of Drews Lane and Wardend Road around 6pm, with emergency services responding to the scene. One man was found in a critical condition and declared dead at the scene. West Midlands Police arrested two men, both aged 22, on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
