A huge gold deposit, valued at around $83 billion, has been discovered in Hunan, China.

A massive gold deposit with over 1,000 tonnes of reserves has been discovered in Hunan Province, China, according to the Geological Bureau of Hunan Province. The deposit, found in the Wangu gold field in Pingjiang County, includes over 40 gold veins, with reserves valued at about $83 billion. New technologies like 3D geological modeling were used in the discovery.
