Hong Kong's unemployment rate rose slightly to 3.1% in August-October, up from 3.0% in July-September, with the number of unemployed increasing to 120,700. The underemployment rate, however, fell to 1.1%. Despite the increase, the labor market is expected to stay tight due to ongoing economic growth, though some sectors like cleaning, entertainment, and transportation may see more notable impacts.
