Arizona woman saves toddler from traffic, mother faces endangerment charges over postpartum depression.

A woman in Arizona rescued a toddler from walking into oncoming traffic at a busy intersection. The toddler's mother, who was dealing with postpartum depression, had briefly left the house without locking the door. Child Services cleared the mother to be with her children, but the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is investigating and planning to file endangerment charges. The anonymous rescuer hopes the mother will receive help for her condition.
