In the upcoming Moyne Shire Council election in Australia, incumbent Jim Doukas and newcomers Lloyd Ross and Susan Taylor are supporting each other by ranking their preferences on the ballot. Ten candidates are competing for seven positions, with voting by mail from October 7 to October 25. Meanwhile, the Warrnambool City Council election will also use postal voting, introducing contested wards for the first time in over 20 years. Voting is compulsory.
