Columbia Police arrested two suspects, 20-year-old Tonie Wilson and a 16-year-old, for the murder of 16-year-old Julian "Juju" Keel, an innocent bystander shot during a graduation party in June. Both face murder charges and additional firearm-related offenses. The juvenile was under supervised release at the time. Police used Shotspotter technology to aid the investigation and anticipate more arrests. Keel was a student and athlete opposed to gun violence.
