21-year-old Kayla M. Healey was fatally shot during an altercation in Chesterfield, Virginia. Two suspects, Nibreya A. Kee, 29, and Rose M. Nadey, 39, have been arrested and charged in connection with the murder. Kee faces aggravated malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Nadey is charged with principal in the second degree to aggravated malicious wounding, conspiracy to commit aggravated malicious wounding, and misdemeanor assault. Both suspects were arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force in Fairfax, Virginia.
