A juvenile was struck by a drunk motorcyclist, Pascal Laos, in Colorado Springs on Wednesday around 3:31 p.m. Both were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The accident occurred when Laos, under the influence, entered a crosswalk as the juvenile was walking home from school. He was arrested and charged with DUI and related offenses. The family of the juvenile was present at the scene.
