19-year-old Nolen P. Sanchez arrested for fourth-degree assault, indecent exposure, and threats at Clark College.
Nolen P. Sanchez has been arrested by Vancouver Police for fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation and indecent exposure following two incidents at Clark College. A 17-year-old student reported feeling threatened after Sanchez followed her and made inappropriate comments. He also allegedly masturbated in a common area and assaulted a female staff member. Sanchez is currently in Clark County Jail with a bail set at $1,325.
