44-year-old DeCarlo Holmes was arrested in Shreveport for allegedly assaulting people with a pipe and a large branch while nude. On August 27, officers responded to the 800 block of Cotton Street and arrested Holmes after a struggle during which they used tasers. He faces charges including two counts of aggravated assault with a weapon, one count of resisting an officer, and one count of aggravated second-degree battery. The injured victims are expected to recover.
