On September 23, 2024, Jarred Mortenson, 34, and Thomas English, 43, were arrested in Black River Falls, Wisconsin, after a K9 unit alerted deputies to suspected drugs in their vehicle. Mortenson had an active civil bench warrant. The search revealed suspected heroin, marijuana, cash, and a firearm. English was charged with drug possession with intent to deliver and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Both men are held at the Jackson County Jail.
