A speeding violation led to the arrest of Luis Emmanuel Quevedo-Vasquez, Carmen Guadalupe Diaz, and Christina Soledad Soler, who had an 8-year-old in the vehicle. A search of the car revealed a loaded AR-style pistol and over $150k in drugs, including cocaine, methamphetamine, and heroin.
