Critical infrastructure was most targeted, with over 800,000 attacks, particularly in the financial sector. The report also noted a 58% rise in attacks on commercial enterprises and the growing use of deepfake technology in social engineering. Cybercriminals are expected to employ more sophisticated tactics.
