Minnesota resolves glitch in auto voter registration system, 1,000 questionable registrations found in August primary.

Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon confirmed that a "glitch" in the state's automatic voter registration system has been resolved, with no ineligible voters affecting the August primary. The system, launched in April, caused around 1,000 questionable registrations from 100,000 reviewed. Going forward, each application will undergo dual review at the Department of Public Safety to enhance accuracy. Republican Sen. Mark Koran called for consistent verification processes for all voters.
