Passengers can easily book rides by messaging "Hi" to 800 HALATAXI, providing their location through a chatbot. This service operates 24/7, offering real-time tracking and payment options at drop-off. The initiative aims to improve accessibility for residents and tourists, complementing existing booking methods through the Careem app.
