23-year-old Christopher A. Reese from Sisters, Oregon was arrested after discharging his semi-automatic pistol into the ground while riding his bike home from a bar. Reese admitted to the act, and his charges include unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm, reckless endangering, and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was released on his own recognizance, with an initial court date set for September 19th.
