The Old Farmer's Almanac predicts a colder-than-normal winter in southeastern Manitoba, starting in early November, with the snowiest periods expected around November 17th to 22nd, end of December, and beginning of January. March could see more rain than snow, and the coldest stretches of winter are expected in early and late December, early and late January, and mid to late February. The almanac also predicts warmer-than-normal spring temperatures and below-average precipitation for April and May, with a cooler and wetter summer ahead.
