Ministry of Finance reports a 1.6% revenue increase for China's state-owned enterprises (SOEs) from Jan-July 2021, reaching 47.29 trillion yuan (approx. 6.64 trillion USD). However, combined profits declined by 2% year-on-year to over 2.57 trillion yuan. Data was collected from both provincial-level and central government-administered SOEs, excluding financial firms.
