36-year-old Christopher Garcia died in a car accident on Elm Grove Road in Muskogee County late Friday night. He was driving west and swerved off the road, causing his vehicle to roll over. Garcia was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, which occurred at around 10:45 p.m., according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
