Wage and salary worker jobs increased by 314,000 to reach 20.52M, with the 60+ age group seeing a 263,000 rise. Health, social welfare, transport, warehousing, and eatery/lodging industries experienced job growth, while the construction sector saw a decline of 48,000 jobs.
