Tower C at Gurgaon's Chintels Paradiso residential society is deemed unsafe by CBRI due to rapid corrosion caused by high chloride levels and poor quality concrete. This is the seventh tower declared uninhabitable in the nine-towered complex, with repair, retrofitting, and rehabilitation deemed insufficient and economically unfeasible. The developer, Chintels India, has initiated a structural audit of all towers through CBRI.
