4 Milwaukee hotel workers charged with felony murder in the death of D'Vontaye Mitchell.

Four Milwaukee hotel workers have been ordered to stand trial for the death of D'Vontaye Mitchell, who died in June after being pinned down by the employees outside a Hyatt Regency hotel. The workers, Todd Erickson, Brandon Turner, Herbert Williamson, and Devin Johnson-Carson, each face one count of being a party to felony murder. Mitchell's family has likened his death to that of George Floyd. If convicted, the hotel workers could face up to 15 years and nine months in prison. The settlement between Mitchell's family and the hotel is confidential.
