Murder charges against husband-wife duo Cory Skellion and Brooklyn Broadway, accused of a landlady's death after she fell from a moving van, have been dismissed in San Diego. While charges against Skellion were dropped, wife Broadway faces vehicular manslaughter and hit-and-run charges, carrying a potential six-year prison term. The couple had rented a house from the deceased, Gel Wuerth, and were embroiled in a confrontation before the incident.
