43-year-old Misty Stufflebean has been charged with first-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault in connection to a double shooting in Freeman, Missouri, resulting in the deaths of a father and son, Michael Spear (47) and Brian Spear (27). The Cass County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident, with a man also questioned and released during the process. Stufflebean is held without bond at the Cass County Jail.
