UTV accident in eastern North Dakota injures man and woman, driver faces DUI and criminal vehicular injury charges.

On August 17, a UTV accident in eastern North Dakota injured a man and woman. Driver Clay Hatlewick (30) lost control, causing the vehicle to roll in a muddy field. Passenger Tiffany Winson (36) was taken to Mercy Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Neither were wearing seat belts. Hatlewick was charged with DUI and criminal vehicular injury; the North Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating further.
