Pakistan has not held any bilateral talks with India since August 2019, when India revoked special status for Jammu and Kashmir, according to the Foreign Office spokesperson, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch. Bilateral trade has also been suspended and talks on resuming trade are not currently taking place. India has repeatedly called for Pakistan to create an environment free of terror and hostility for engagement.
