Baguio RTC convicts 3 ex-PMA cadets of murder & hazing in Cadet Dormitorio's death, sentencing them to up to 40 years and fines.
Baguio Regional Trial Court found two former PMA cadets, Shalimar Imperial Jr. and Felix Lumbag Jr., guilty of murder & hazing in the 2019 death of Cadet Darwin Dormitorio. A third cadet, Julius Carlo Tadena, was found guilty of hazing. The ex-cadets face a reclusion perpetua sentence, up to 40 years, and substantial fines.
