25-year-old Kiyana Mote was arrested for a hit-and-run accident in Las Vegas that resulted in the death of 40-year-old John Garay. Mote was identified through car parts, paint chips, and video surveillance as the driver of a red 2018-2020 Nissan Kicks. Mote appeared in court, where her bail was set at $25,000 with special requirements and her next court date is scheduled for August 27.
